Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

Our accessibility aims, the limits of our current review, and how to request assistance with Tax Lens AI.

1. Our accessibility commitment

Tax Lens AI aims to make this website usable by people with disabilities, including people who use assistive technology or navigate without a mouse. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility and welcome reports of barriers to reading content, using tools, or contacting us.

2. Standards and guidelines

Our accessibility goal is to use the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with Level AA as a reference for improvements. These guidelines address content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

This is an improvement target, not a declaration of WCAG conformance. We do not claim accessibility certification, full compliance, or that every page, feature, and third-party resource meets all WCAG requirements.

3. Current status and review scope

A limited review on October 22, 2026 covered this statement's semantic headings, links, keyboard focus, and layout at mobile and desktop widths, together with inspection of the existing navigation and contact form. This statement uses one main title, separate section headings, and ordinary links with visible keyboard focus.

This review was not a complete accessibility audit of the website. Website-wide WCAG conformance and compatibility across screen readers, voice-control software, browsers, and devices have not been verified. Automated and limited manual checks cannot establish full accessibility on their own.

4. Known limitations and areas not yet verified

  • Desktop navigation submenus currently open on mouse hover. The Industries and More labels are not keyboard-operated menu controls, so keyboard-only users may not be able to open those submenus. Footer links provide another route to destinations listed there.
  • The existing Contact form requires business-related fields and a third-party CAPTCHA before submission. These requirements may create a reporting barrier for some users. A separate accessibility-specific email address or telephone reporting channel has not been verified.
  • Accessibility of linked PDFs, presentation resources, and external websites has not been verified. Their reading order, text alternatives, and assistive-technology support may vary.
  • The shared viewport configuration requests a maximum zoom scale of 1. This may restrict magnification in mobile browsers that enforce that setting.
  • Limited automated checks flagged issues in existing shared popups and footer content relating to control names, contrast, link distinction, heading order, and landmark structure. These findings still require further manual assessment and remediation.

These items are not an exhaustive list. Other barriers may exist on pages or in workflows outside this limited review.

5. Report an accessibility issue

Use our existing Contact page to report a barrier. In the form's Additional Information field, begin your message with “Accessibility issue” or “Accessible alternative request.” The Contact form's existing required fields and CAPTCHA still apply.

To help us understand the issue, include:

  • The page URL or name of the resource or feature.
  • What you were trying to do and the barrier you encountered.
  • Your browser, device, and assistive technology, if relevant and you wish to share them.
  • The assistance or alternative format you need and how we can reply using the contact details you provide.

Please do not include passwords, confidential client records, or sensitive financial information in an accessibility report.

6. Request accessible alternatives or assistance

If you cannot use a document, presentation, image, or tool, identify the material in your Contact message and describe a format or type of help that would work for you. You can request, for example, a readable text version, a description of visual information, or help finding information without using a particular interaction.

Our intended process is to review the report, investigate the barrier, and discuss practical assistance or an alternative with you using the contact details you supply. The options will depend on the material and the issue; this statement does not mean that an accessible alternative has already been prepared for every resource or guarantee a response time.

7. Keeping this statement up to date

We aim to use accessibility feedback and further testing to guide improvements. We will revise this statement when verified findings or the reporting process change and update the date shown above.
